13 minute cardio (upright cycling)
10-5 min yoga/stretching
3 exercises - 2-3 sets each - 10-12 reps (all in the 30 min circuit)
lat pulldown ~50 lbs
overhead press ~50 lbs
seated chest press ~50 lbs
10 min - massage chair
12 min - red light therapy
